  • Unmanageable Technical Debt and Security Gaps: As prompts were continually added to expand features, the codebase quickly devolved into undocumented “spaghetti code” that was impossible to maintain. Furthermore, standard security audits revealed severe vulnerabilities, including broken object-level authorization and exposed API pathways.
